HR Analyst / PA

· To provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD, EMEA Head of HR & Diversity
· To assist the HR team to provide quality driven HR Business Partner and L&D service to the business.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

· Provide HRBP team with administrative and practical support as necessary including in relation to recruitment and background screening, scanning and filing all relevant documents, assistance for example with disciplinaries and other administration as requested.
· Support with other relevant administrative tasks related to Learning & Development as required
· Organise internal/external meetings including room/venue bookings.
· Full diary management for EMEA Head of Human Resources, partnering with PA’s across the Bank to ensure that meetings are organised efficiently.
· General secretarial duties and processing of invoices
· Organisation of travel requirements & itineraries when required

Knowledge & Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organisational skills
· Ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
