The purpose of the role:
Process Governance are a team of experts supporting all processes that are operated either by Diageo or Business Process Outsource (BPO) partner. They design, measure, audit and hold the organization to account to the standards set.

Manage SAP user accesses globally for PTP users
Act as an owner of STP processes to make sure they are working according to global processes, monitor KPI trends and make the necessary interventions as needed.
Drive the elimination of process deviation to global process where possible
Support the continued improvement within the STP process by providing insight into the process, ability to understand performance matrixes, identify improvements and consult in process design that are migrating to GDBS.
Deliver initiatives as set by STP Process Governance
Design, maintain and communicate global process policies and standards
Define and govern global process KPIs and targets
Maintain global governance tools, process maps, global documentation e.g. business process overviews, task split, sizing tools etc.
Control and influence integration points / impacts with other process streams
Build process knowledge and capability within Process Governance and Stakeholders
Support service delivery teams in regional and global service centers
Support CARM and GAR related initiativesSupport to Vendor Management teams on daily basis

College or University degree
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Accounts Payable areas at a Shared Service centre environment
Fluent in English
Strong SAP knowledge
Experience of working across functions
Experience in Change Management to support the delivery of process and system change
Influencing skills to make sure changes are embedded
Ability to communicate and operate at all levels within the organization – essential
