Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Acquisition and Social Media

Manage the presence of Amazon on networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
· Establish partnerships with subject matter experts and Social Media stakeholders across the organisation to create and cultivate content for distribution through social networking sites.
· Ensure that the Amazon voice is consistently represented in all communications.
· Run fan engagement and fan acquisition promotions like sweepstakes and contests.
· Develop, test, and refine best practices for engaging with our fans and customers.
· Analyse key metrics and create performance reports.
· Maintain a deep understanding of emerging Social Media trends.
· Be an advocate for Social Media to the broader organisation.
· Interact with counterparts in other WW marketplaces to foster global best practice exchange.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
