Application Support Operations Analyst

Purpose of the role
Front-line support for user queries and managing fix on fail issues relating ReconNet and AssureNet systems (not including queries of a governance nature).
Manage user management and tool configuration changes required. Ensure user authorisations are up to date in the systems, check user accesses regularly, hold user trainings, check expiring user training certifications.
•Work in line with the Control and Risk Management requirements of the systems including completion of user audit
•Provide end-to-end training on global technical solutions (for newcomers and when there are changes)
•Assist in successful system and end-user acceptance testing prior to changes
•Manage upgrades of the systems, by identifying the key changes in the application versions, and communicate this to the end users
•Coordinate the timings of the testing and manage the test results.
•Assist in the upgrades and conduct business validation, communicate these to the stakeholders
•Challenge the processes or requirements, plan and deliver continuous process and system improvements, liaise with other business functions to ensure integrated solutions
•University or College degree
•2+ years of experience in Application Support in a multinational financial environment
•Fluency in English
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, set priorities
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Open personality and courage to challenge
•Excellent relationship building skills
•System knowledge: MS Office
•ITIL qualification is an advantage
•Ability to manage multiple 3rd parties at the same time in effective critical problem management
