Sales Administrator Executive

Main responsibilities:
Comarch basic reporting
BW Reporting
Islanders (from April to Oct)
Scorecard Management
Comarch superuser
RTC internal/external scorecard
Kpi’s Tracking

Collaboration with Sales Head of each Channel in order to agree with target of each month
Collaboration with Commercial Finance for the Qarterly and monthly sport of Q target of each channel
Sales report from BW
Update Phasing file with AOP for full year

Execute brilliantly the processes and open to implement solutions in light of Simplicity/Efficiency principles
Very precise and well organized
Strong analytical and computer skills
Understands Channels/ market dynamics and complexity (preferred)
Capable to manage conversations with Senior Commercial Stakeholders
Proactive, Engaged, motivated, be open to changes and feedback, service minded and able to flex his/her style in the relationships with different Roles within Sales
Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance
Ensures controls are in place to guarantee Diageo’s performance and reputation
Team player in a multifunctional environment, motivated person able to engaged the others
Qualifications and experience required
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in different situations
Advanced Excel
Qualifications and languages.
Advanced English
