Reserve Account Manager - North

With a fabulous portfolio which includes Johnnie Walker, Ciroc, Tanqueray, Ketel One, Zacapa, Talisker, Singleton, Haig Club and Don Julio, the opportunities for growth are enormous. We are now entering the next exciting phase of Reserve GB’s development as part of Western Europe Reserve which will enable us to achieve greater cut through with an increasingly international consumer base through better activity consistency and improved collaboration across markets.

As an Account Manager in the highly influential top-end On-Trade, which is the heartland of the premium spirits world, you will play a crucial role in building the status, equity and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives.

Compelling Reserve customer plans maximise sustainable profit delivery and market share growth:
Differentiated customer plans are grounded in insight in order to deliver plan financial performance (the Reserve Killer metrics & financial performance).
We have a deep understanding of key customers/outlets – those which offer Reserve GB unequalled access to high value consumers - which ensures resources, activities and expertise is deployed effectively.
Ongoing identification of commercial needs and potential barriers:
Constant evaluation of distribution, visibility, pricing and persuasion objectives challenges and builds our activation programmes providing context and insight for our consumer & customer marketing teams.

Reserve is the definitive authority on Product & Category knowledge amplifying this amongst key audiences.

Expert business performance management using a range of metrics to be aware of current status, identify key areas of focus, assess alternative and take decisive action to course correct where necessary.

Develops Reserve Customer plan:
Determines customer role / activity plans / investment profile in order to deliver plan.

Qualifications and experience required

A strong and broad track record in Commercial with experience of leading strategic planning with customers and P&L accountability.
Highly skilled in fostering commitment through advance negotiation skills, resolving conflict and creating collaborative relationships
In depth understanding of distributors, key customers and competitors: their businesses and their shoppers/drinkers.
Able to coach both functional and leadership capability.
