Amazon is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Product Manager with relentless focus on building up the earth’s greatest Fashion consumer shopping experience – featuring relevant products from relevant brands, unique selection, innovative service, & more compelling content than any store, online or off!

The role is based in London.

Your professional challenge:

• Through partnership internally with a variety of retail teams, effectively manage and implement promotional campaigns, maximize selection, and enhance merchandising, customer and site experience to enable the company to meet its goals.
• Analyse business drivers such as traffic, pricing trends, and marketing and merchandising results and translate them into suggested actions and applicable projects.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment, and report on the Sports Shoes product line(s), and consulting for the senior category leaders.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and constantly apply learning from past campaigns in a continuous improvement cycle.
• Define the list of high priority projects to ensure alignment of initiatives and the roadmap.
• Manage new project intake and ensure that all the high priority projects have enough resources internally and externally.
• Execute selected projects on time and with high quality standards.
• Effectively communicate projects progress within the organization.
• Manage launches of major new releases regarding pricing, coordinating teams across the business.

• Professional experience ideally in an online, retail, e-commerce or consulting environment.
• Proven project management skills with coordination across multiple teams.
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting.
• Proven use of supporting tools and systems to deliver business improvement.
• Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
• Action and results oriented mentality, combined with the ability to work in a demanding but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.
• Ability to problem-solve using creative thinking and innovation.
• Proven English skills – both verbal and written.
• University degree required ideally in a technical or analytical discipline.


Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus
MBA from leading business school beneficial.
