Senior Vendor Manager, Partner Brands, Amazon Fashion

The Amazon Fashion team is looking for a bright and ambitious manager to join its EU Softlines Private Brands team, to lead its Partner Brands initiative. The role is accountable for determining which partner brands make sense for our business, and then setting in place the appropriate commercial structures, launching & managing the brands on the Amazon website. He/she owns the end-to-end brand relationship, from signing new brands, leading negotiations, managing promotional activities and resolving operational or logistics issues that impact our customer. He/she will leverage key metrics to develop customer insights to drive innovation, and will leverage these insights to drive participation in marketing, merchandising and promotional activities in order to drive overall business growth. As part of your role you will need to analyse complex data to identify growth opportunities, help define the strategy for Partner Brands and support your team members in their development.

Operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment you will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives. You will need to engage in projects that will drive business growth and help shape the future of Amazon EU Softlines Private Brands


The successful individual will:
· Deliver new business growth by identifying and launching brands on Amazon
· Develop and manage relationships with these brands using own and Amazon networks
· Effectively negotiate contracts that may take several months to realize
· Work with the brands to develop products that excite and delight our customer
- Builds long-term relationships by creating value, opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and brand-building
· Deeply understand using Amazon and brand data and insight the target customer and key trends
· Regularly report on performance vs. goals to senior management
- Determine key tracking metrics and track metrics to measure performance and execute strategies
· Provides recommendation on business opportunities and long-term strategy for multiple sub-categories
· Owns the partner brands P & L and develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement for the business
· Owns the full process of getting the partner brands product live on site – from compliance all the way through to marketing plans


· Bachelor’s degree
· Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
A love of fashion


· Prior experience in the apparel industry
· Business development & relationship management experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
· Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
· Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software
