Project Manager - Amazon Flex

London, United Kingdom

At Amazon, we strive to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, where people can come to find and discover anything they might want to buy online.

One customer experience that we’re constantly looking to take to a new level is how we fulfil and deliver their orders. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of all our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small are delivered where and when they need them, as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible. To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space.

Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.

Amazon Flex is currently building a high paced and lean European leadership team to implement and expand Flex capabilities across key segments of the Amazon Logistics’ Europe business. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly), customer-obsessed Program Manager – Amazon FlexPoint to be part of this team.

Do you want to be part of a team that is developing and launching new business models across the EU? Do you want to work on groundbreaking initiatives that will completely re-shape markets? Then this is your opportunity to make history! This is your day to join a company that redefines itself every day. That's the energy and passion behind Amazon.
