Senior Programme Manager - Competitor Insights

Where will Amazon Fashion’s growth come from next year? In five years? Which product lines are staged to quintuple in size, and which ones are mature? Are we investing enough in our structure, do we leave opportunities on the table? How will our customers react to changes in prices, or selection, or delivery speed?

We are looking for a Competitor Insights Programme Manager to join the Softlines team (Amazon’s Fashion business). Amazon fashion's business is a dynamic, fast growing business and a key strategic focus areas for the company. We need bright, talented people to help us fulfill our mission of making Amazon fashion the premier online fashion destination.

The key goals for this role are (1) to deliver detailed and robust insights on competitor performance, features and innovations along with clear analysis on implications for Amazon and (2) work closely with the business teams to develop and manage a range of projects aimed at improving Amazon's CX.

The growth of the business and the increasing complexity make this role an exciting, interesting, and very challenging position. We need someone who is passionate about data and capable of finding meaning in complex information and translating that into insights and reports that executives and senior leaders will use to drive their businesses. The ideal candidate for this role will be analytical, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, a creative problem solver, comfortable collaborating with and influencing stakeholder business teams around Amazon; all with the opportunity to fulfill the Amazon motto to “Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History.

· Proven problem solving skills, project management skills and exceptional organizational skills.
· Strong analytical skills, able to handle and interpret large data sets, with good attention to detail
· Good business judgment and ability to draw insights and conclusions out of data.
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
· Bachelor's Degree


· Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA)
· Experience financial modelling and data analysis using SQL.
· Strong project or programme management experience
