DESCRIPTION

The EU Talent Acquisition team of Amazon Customer Fulfillment and Customer Service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our EU Amazon Talent Programs (ATP) team. The mission of the EU ATP team is to hire the top talent across the European region into Amazon’s Global Leadership Development program, Pathways. The Campus Associate role is essential to find and take the most suitable talent on board to the business by delivering first-class recruitment support for our EU Amazon Talent Programs team.

Scope:
The Campus Associate works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Campus Associate is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, building candidate and stakeholder relationships. The team member will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, demonstrates a strong bias for action and a proactive approach, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Travelling to different EU countries when required.

Areas of responsibilities:

EVENT SUPPORT and SCHEDULING
· Working directly with candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews and phone screens with candidates, managing interview schedule with school partners and internal stakeholders
· Coordinating the pre-brief, the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
· Supporting Recruiters on-site with interviews at Universities in the dedicated European region
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed like Diversity Event, off-campus events, virtual interviews
· Supporting the lead recruiter in performing initial phone screen of candidates for virtual panels

RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
· Being the proxy for the lead recruiter, being involved in candidate and school relationship management
· Managing fulfillment center visits for groups of students, updating related presentations
· Managing CV sifting for virtual panels and other talent assessment
· Assisting in contracting, visa management and purchase order tracking (e.g. Fulfillment center visit expenses)
DATA MANAGEMENT and REPORTING
· Tracking recruiting activities, data management: updating candidate records and managing them through the system between different steps
· Tracking data related to candidates’ relocation, visa management, contracting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
· Strong project management and business relationship management skills to build trusted working relationships with the business and candidates alike
· Evidence of stretch assignments successfully completed in previous role(s)
· Highly pro-active and customer-centric attitude
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· High attention to detail
· Very well structured, organized, and detail oriented
· Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English
· Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in recruitment and/or HR in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with in-house Applicant Tracking Systems
· Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites
· Speaking another European language is always a plus
