Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Amazon’s Prime Video launched in 2014 and it has quickly become a strategic priority for the Amazon business. This is reflected in the considerable investment that has been required to launch the service into more than 200 countries and territories around the world and the investment in Amazon Studios – responsible for the production of all Amazon Original content - winner of 1 BAFTA, 6 Golden Globes, 11 Primetime Emmys and 3 Oscars, as of 2017. The marketing team for Prime Video in Europe is based in Central London and this team has the responsibility for driving customer growth and engagement with this service through use of a very broad combination of marketing channels and internet enabled devices.

We’re seeking a highly analytical marketing manager who can leverage their digital expertise to run paid video advertising campaigns across the EU on social and display platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Google network, Twitter, and more. As the fastest growing platforms where customers are spending time, improving and scaling our video advertising in this space is a critical priority for the Prime Video team in all EU countries.

This role will plan, design, execute and optimize video advertising campaigns, along with providing data-driven recommendations to maximize our advertising efforts and accelerates the adoption and engagement of Prime Video. This role requires someone with a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and flawless execution.

· Plan, execute, analyze, and recommend video advertising campaigns for Prime Video in the EU
· Build an audacious testing agenda to understand the most effective and efficient strategies for video advertising
· Partner with CI and tech teams to analyse data, derive insights, and guide our analytics capabilities
· Develop analytical framework for strategy development, KPI alignment to business goals, and the valuation of efforts for iterative test and learn growth.
· Evaluate new ad tech, social/messaging platforms and creative ad formats


For this role we require:
· Extensive experience in digital advertising
· Extreme attention to detail, superior analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
· Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Advanced Excel capabilities, including familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player


Further qualifications would be a plus:
· Experience in social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, Tumblr, et al)
· Pan-European marketing experience
· Experience with programmatic advertising
