This location complements the role, as you’ll be right in the heart of where the best-loved whisky is created. With approximately half of Scotland’s whiskies produced in the Speyside region, this means it is highly likely you will be based here, however, this role allows you the freedom to rotate across various distilleries and you may find yourself setting sail for the Scottish Isles to manage distilleries producing our more peaty and smoky whiskies such as Talisker, Lagavulin, Islay and many more.

We are looking for natural leaders with a proven track record in people management with experience in developing and working in a partnership / service orientated environment. We are also looking for people with the experience of delivering in a world class environment using Lean / six sigma / MANEX principles to drive performance.
