Administrative Assistant

Role Purpose
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties temporarily for the IT Manager during Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation; including but not limited to the creation and editing of documents, meeting minutes, memos, reports, presentations, and coordinates meeting arrangements. Temporary assignment that will last about 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and arranges various meetings including external, internal, telephone conferencing, and video conferencing. Project meeting scheduling will also be required.
Prepares a variety of memos, reports, and graphic presentations.
Interfaces and communicates with all levels of employees within the organization.
Assist in taking project meeting notes and publishing them.
Performs numerous clerical functions including creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Utilizes personal computers and PC-related software in performance of assigned duties.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
High School Diploma or GED needed. MUST be able to validate HS Diploma or GED prior to acceptance of an offer.

Formal Qualifications

MUST BE A U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Minimum of 1-3 years as executive secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficiency on personal computer and mastery of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
Ability to perform detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal organizational and writing skills are required.

Specific Vision abilities required; including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus with a specific requirement for corrected vision at 20/25 or better;
Must be able to work in a production environment and travel throughout the facilities and corporation to obtain information needed to perform job functions.
