Job Summary
The Technical Director provides leadership and maintains the highest level of technical skill on all projects under his/ her control. This role leads the development and training of leading-edge technical skills, and understands how to practically apply them in ways that add value to services that differentiate AECOM in the marketplace. Below are among the responsibilities for the incumbents:
•Client relations management, ensuring the continued building of relationships and delivery to existing and potential clients;
•Lead liaison with clients, consultants and contractors as required during design and construction phases;
•Leadership and mentoring of the business line;
•Project management and contract administration in accordance with AECOM standards and procedures for project delivery;
•Design management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams;
•Provide technical expertise input into projects and proposals;
•Team planning, selection and engagement including mentoring and resource management.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in civil infrastructure projects and:
•Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Effective project management and business development skills.
•Candidate with international exposure will be advantage

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in civil engineering or any related field.
