Customer Activation Manager (Reserve Portfolio) - Temporary Contract

External Job Description
This is an opportunity to join the Reserve Business in Iberia (Luxury Portfolio of Diageo) on temporary basis.
The role mission is to connect with the European Brand strategy and develop the activation plan for the Route to Consumer commercial activity in Iberia
This person will be accountable for developing, communicating and measuring the tools behind the investment, in order to improve the plans under scope of responsibility.

Key outcomes:
Customer Plans that can be brilliantly executed to deliver sustainable profit & market share growth for Reserve brands

Participation in internal planning to align and decide on customer plans for the next 12-18 months of activation.
Development of Sales Drivers concepts that embody understanding of customer needs and how to meet their business proposition as well as our needs and targets.

Ensure Diageo Reserve portfolio has a competitive advantage as a result of our activation expertise and growth drivers

Bringing to life bold and compelling shopper and customer initiatives and drivers that will generate category growth and a bigger growth for our portfolio within the category.
Collaboration with Channel Managers / Category Managers and Key Account Managers to ensure drivers applicability in each final outlet and brilliant execution
Fantastic programs to activate Quality and Persuasion drivers that ensure customers and their staff “come to us first”

Maximized ROI of our Trade Investment

Complete M&E on our programs to ensure we get both quantitative and qualitative data to check the ROI and allow for continuous improvement through process, capability and technology interventions.
Outlet visits and mystery shopping to ensure continuous assessment of the impact of our activation of growth drivers

Brilliant partnerships with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver breakthrough content and execution:

Make sure our agency partners go beyond what is required to create outstanding outcomes.
Ensure there are clear and creative ways of working with the right partners (including customers) in order to generate compelling, customized solutions

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages

2/4 years of experience in Marketing or Customer Marketing - ideally including exposure to a Field Sales and or Account Management environment. A track record in roles that require analytical thinking, data trend analysis and diagnosis is helpful
Proven track record on ability to develop innovative proposals/approaches
Adequate commercial understanding of local trade environment and channel specifics
Good communicator who is able to influence and engage the various stakeholders
A good understanding of all Selling Capabilities, tools and systems and how these interact together to deliver brilliant execution in outlet.
Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy
Proficient in English and Spanish
