Our Melbourne Field Sales Team are looking for a formidable talent to take ownership and develop our current customer relationships, growing customer plans and performance with the aim to deliver key metrics. You'll be responsible for the delivery of the National On-Premise strategy for 10 key accounts, which includes National accounts such as Crown casino, Strike and Dixon Group as well as significant state based customers such as Sandhill Rd. Managing over $3 million in NSV in your BU.

Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to develop deep customer relationships in a competitive market. You will use commercial knowledge and insights to deliver results whilst operating with simplicity and creativity, driving optimum operational performance.

Key Performance results;



  • Negotiation and execution of new and existing agreements

  • Ensure compliance to customer partnerships

  • Delivery of key administrative tasks and reporting as part of the On Premise team

  • Management of internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans



Here's what you need to have to succeed in this role;



  • 3-5 years experience within FMCG industry

  • Ability to build and deploy a strategic customer plans

  • Unwavering focus and competitive spirit with tangible results

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proven track record in recognising and converting commercial opportunities

  • Ability to leverage and maximise technology platforms

  • Liquor and Key account management advantageous
