Finance Transformation Change and Communications Lead (Perm or 2 year Fixed Term Contract)

Taking a holistic approach to productivity, five priority areas we identified the business will focus on to deliver our agenda: Net Revenue Management, Marketing, Global Supply, Indirects (ZBB) and Organisational Effectiveness.

Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, the Finance Transformation Change Lead is accountable to define and deploy a change management strategy to ensure that the Finance Transformation can be successfully deployed to deliver the benefits in an accelerated timeline and to manage impact of that change on the finance community and Finance’s key stakeholders globally.

Top Accountabilities

To ensure markets are aligned to the holistic Finance transformation vision and transition plans
To utilise best practice change management and communication strategies to manage the impact of the change on the finance population and its key stakeholders by defining the change strategy and ensure that this is deployed globally across all locations working closely with the regional change leads and the transition teams
To ensure market readiness in line with agreed scope and transition plan
To ensure that the Finance transformation is sustainable and embedded.
Qualifications and experience required

Experienced change manager with a strong understanding of a finance environment with a good understanding of both in market and shared services finance processes and ways of working
To be able to demonstrate experience of leading the change on major Finance change programmes
Understanding of different communications media and best practice
Ability to engage and motivate others.
Self-motivated, confident and well organised approach
