Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

AECOM has been selected as the program management consultant for a prestigious building project in Lucknow. As a result, we are seeking highly skilled project management professionals in the capacity of Senior Site Manager to deliver the project on timely basis to the client.

Potential candidates should have following experience and knowledge:-

Monitoring Project and certifying IPCs

Overall construction supervision activities including all construction activities and coordination for process invoices.

Checking Contract Drawings & Revise if required using MX Road.

Undertaking project site visits, guide contractors, reporting client.

Quality control testing monitoring leading a group of technical people.Minutes of meeting conduct & Reporting to Client.

Submitting Monthly Project Reports & Quarterly Progress Reports​.

Minimum Requirements
Should have at least 15-20 years of experience with BE/ B tech. Should have worked have worked in residential/group housing projects. Should have PMC experience on at least 2 r esidential/group housing projects Proven skills in challenging assignment as project management consultant.

Preferred Qualifications
Post graduate degree in engineering. Working experience as a Assistant Project Manager for well know organization . Strong communication skills.
