Helpline Administrator

Job Summary
AECOM is looking for a Helpline Administrator to join the freight and logistics team located in the Croydon office, specifically working on the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) project. This is an additional position within the friendly project support team in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a customer service background with experience dealing with a high number of telephone calls. You must be able to work within the Helpline hours of Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00am. This is a permanent position and full training will be provided.

The role involves:
• Answering all enquiries and emails on the FORS Helpline
• Processing new registrations and audit reports from companies wishing to join the scheme using FORS bespoke database
• Raising invoices for FORS services
• Processing orders
• Participating in developing and streamlining scheme administration
• Mailing electronic newsletters and bulletins
• Basic website maintenance

Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate needs to have a positive and professional attitude with an excellent telephone manner and proven customer service skills. You must have a 'can do' approach and attitude, with the ability to work under pressure as this is a busy environment. Good written skills, IT skills and high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required.
