Sales Administration Executive FTC - Thessaloniki

Main responsibilities:

Customer Trade Terms Administration
Periodical settlement of Customers agreements (On Trade – Off Trade - Reserve). Check if contractual KPIs were achieved proceed to settlement/payment.
Archive Promotional Invoices and ensure that they reflect the agreement.
Support Commercial Finance and Finance Controls to run smooth month/half/year-end closes by securing timely accounting and crediting of retrospective discounts and providing relevant and ad hoc calculations
Calculate accruals to submit to Finance every month (half, year-end)
Coordinator of company’s monthly sales planning tool (Anaplan)
Comarch basic reporting
SAP BW Reporting (planned and ad hoc)
Sales support•Close collaboration with the On Trade Channel Head to monitor various budget / target trends
Daily collaboration with sales force
Sales reporting from SAP BW
Update Phasing file with AOP for full year
Other Operational Support
Organize and prepare Company Sales meetings (including accommodation and ticket booking)
Organize Christmas Party
Liaison with the facilities team for any facilities related requests for the office of Thessaloniki

Very precise and well organized
Strong analytical and computer skills
Understands Channels/ market dynamics and complexity (preferred)
Capable to manage conversations with Senior Commercial Stakeholders
Proactive, Engaged, motivated, be open to changes and feedback, service minded and able to flex his/her style in the relationships with different Roles within Sales
Demonstrate deep personal accountability for great performance
Ensures controls are in place to guarantee Diageo’s performance and reputation
Team player in a multifunctional environment, motivated person able to engage with others
Work autonomously

What we are looking for?

Support experience in various commercial/sales departments
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in different situations
Good priority management
Advanced Excel
Fluency in both Greek English / Italian will be considered an asset
