Sr. Product Mgr, Retail Pricing - AmazonFresh

Amazon

London, United Kingdom

DESCRIPTION

AmazonFresh is seeking an experienced, data driven, and innovative Senior Product Manager who will be at the centre of exciting new pricing initiatives for AmazonFresh.

In this role, you will work internationally and cross-functionally across retail and technology teams to identify and lead customer experience, process and productivity improvements internationally, relating to retail pricing strategies. You will deliver solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus. You will create and manage the product roadmap, and drive the product to obtain your long-term vision. You will take on challenging product management assignments with high visibility and autonomy. You will work closely with other product managers, software development managers, and developers to achieve critical business goals.

A successful candidate will have experience managing complex business and technical challenges, and have the ability to influence and successfully drive initiatives forward. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across retail, engineering, product, and finance. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and have the opportunity to work with multiple teams at Amazon in different locations.
This position involves regular travel and communication with senior executives on key business planning, core international initiative roadmaps, progress and deep dives. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are highly essential. The tasks handled by this role will have direct impact on our international business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting
· Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations

· Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
· Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our sellers and customers
