The AMRC Training Centre is seen as the provider of choice for many employers for the engineering and manufacturing sector, ranging from small to large blue chip companies. The Training Centre has a strong, dynamic, focused team; continually
driving the business forward. The AMRC Training Centre has been operating for 3 years and has grown from 150 apprentices to 649 to date and continues to grow each year.

The successful candidate will provide key support for the Business Development Team within the centre. You will need to have the ability to be flexible and be able to multi task in a very busy working environment. You will need to be a team player
with a can do approach to work and deliver a full end to end recruitment service for the apprenticeship recruitment programme. The successful candidate will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the Business Development team.

Essential qualifications and skills required include; 3GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English, IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft packages (including excel, word databases, email) and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a full end to end recruitment service for the apprenticeship recruitment programme.

• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Business Development team.

• Ensure a first class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes.

• Work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines with attention to detail.

• Conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during and after engagement/employment.

• Ensure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times.

• Support social media activity relating to recruitment, marketing and internal communications.

• Scheduling a high volume of interviews ensuring candidates and interviews have all the necessary information in a clear and organised way.

• Any other duties, commensurate with the grade of the post.
