Job Summary
AECOM is looking for a Document Controller for Gurgaon Office The responsibilities for this role shall include but not be limited to the following:

Control all Incoming and Outgoing Drawings / Documents etc. Ensure timely issuance & distribution of all the Drawings / Documents with correct revisions to all parties as detailed in the distribution matrix contained in project procedures.
To prepare Project-Specific DM procedures and Work Instructions for Project Documentation Team. Ensure the distribution control, submission & archive of records is as per distribution matrix Issue drawings received from the vendors to in-house engineers for review.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective document control system.
Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and drawings.
Maintaining document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, RFI (incoming & outgoing).

Minimum Requirements

Should have around 3-6 years of experience as a document controller.
Bcom/BA/BSc with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point computer skill.
Knowledge of Handing over EDMS, PROLOG 9.6, Aconex, AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
