Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary

AECOM are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator to join our busy multi-disciplinary office in our centrally located Wimbledon office.

Within the role you will have the following responsibilities:

Reception/Front of House duties.
Switchboard Operation (MITEL).
Greeting and signing-in visitors (providing them with a health and safety induction)
Organise Meeting Room bookings using Outlook.
Book projectors
Diary Management.
Incoming and Outgoing courier post.
Responding to maintenance requests for the office; logging the requests on the relevant system; liaising with contractors to ensure work requests are carried out.
Arrange WIFI log-ins
Photocopying / Document Collation.
Manage staff and visitor car-park
Other ad hoc tasks as required such as office administration and assisting with the set-up of office events/initiatives

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role we want to hear from candidates with the following;

Previous experience in a Receptionist / Facilities type role essential.
Previous experience in liaising with and managing contractors
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Previous office experience essential.
Good planning and decision making skills
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of attention to detail with reliable planning and organisational skills.
A “can do” approach and attitude, with a creative and problem solving mindset.
Ability to take a flexible approach which responds to the issues presented.
Professional personal approach and manner, able to command the respect of the operating business.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideally you will have GCSE's grade's C and above in Maths and English however more importantly is your previous experience in a similar role.
