Ongoing identification of commercial needs and potential barriers

Reserve Customer plan & Activation: Determines customer role/ activity plans/ investment profile.
Effective Relationships: Creates the contact matrix for their area and defines how to maximize key relationships

Skilled in developing customer and stakeholder commitment, negotiating for win-win outcomes with a diverse range of individuals

Brilliant Execution:

Exceptional presentation skills that captivate the customer and leads to consistent, quality execution
Is capable to deliver training & incentives with prior. customers, organize and representing the brand at World Class and regional training events, build the brand reputation via Trade press/industry presence; implementation of tastings/events/experiences and BTL collateral in TLAs
Understanding of where and how to target trade investment to maximize ROI whilst delivering for our customers.
Effectively balances short and long term performance goals.

Qualifications and experience required
Advanced category and product mastery – a passion for luxury, premium brands
Commercial relevant experience: Highly skilled in fostering commitment through advance negotiation skills, resolving conflict and creating collaborative relationships
Project management experience and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of working with Field Sales, Account Management or Distributor sales teams.
In depth understanding of distributors, key customers and competitors.
World Class competition’s experience (internal or external) is a plus
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese is a must. English and Spanish will be valued.
