This is a hugely varied role requiring intelligence, energy, initiative and flexibility and is key to the development of the Business Systems & Admin dept. The Senior Systems Administrator will assist and lead with office administration, business systems queries, organisation of business equipment and supervising a small team of other administrators. You will also answer enquiries from Central Sites and engage with operational management throughout our Distillation & Maturation and Spirit Supply departments to maintain service and promote a continuous improvement culture.
Experience in office/business administration and staff supervision are essential, as are competence in Microsoft packages and a working knowledge of Inventory Management.
The ideal candidate will have good written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high standard of numeracy and organisational ability as well as being able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Good numerical and literacy skills
Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management (both written and verbally)
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Packages e.g. Outlook, Word)
Working knowledge of Customs and Excise procedures.
General Health and Safety awareness.
Excellent leadership capabilities with 2 years’ experience of organising and coaching a team.
