Would you like to work in the world of luxury…..on some of the world’s most iconic brands…..developing high value products?
As a Luxury Development project manager, you will lead cross functional teams to deliver the ongoing luxury growth agenda, satisfying customer briefs in terms of design, quality, cost and timescale.


Whilst the role is based in our Technical Centre in Menstrie, you will be required to visit packaging suppliers and other Diageo sites, so if you like variety and a challenge, this could be for you. Building great relationships, fantastic communication skills, and finding solutions will be key to success in the role and this is a fantastic platform where you can demonstrate your leadership and technical skills to ensure successful project delivery. This role will also give the successful candidate great exposure to many of the functions within Diageo, including Marketing, Innovation, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Data and Supply Chain.


The role holder will be responsible for the formation and leadership of cross business teams to deliver both bespoke and high value projects and large scale global brand promotions. They must ensure delivery of “True to Concept” liquid and packaging solutions to agreed cost, quality and time commitments.

The successful candidate will commit to the application of required project planning, budgeting, tracking, reporting and stakeholder communications processes to demonstrate required rigour of project management. This would also include the application of necessary packaging development skills to ensure “Design for Quality” packaging designed which performs well at all stages in the Supply Chain.


•Degree level qualification or equivalent, ideally in technical area.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, being capable of developing sound working relationships.
•Leadership capability allowing teams and individuals to perform.
•Strong project management skills with sound knowledge of a wide range of packaging materials and processes
•Ability to develop sound understanding of International Supply Centre Technical and Brand Change processes and Ways of Working.
•Ability to develop sound understanding of the Navigate and Planview system.
•Commercial awareness and financially literate.
•Excellent organisation, report preparation, and presentation skills.
