Summary

The Sr. Recruiter will be primarily responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, and qualifying exempt engineering, corporate functions, and technical talent to fill a pipeline against expected project headcount. The recruiter will partner with local HR and business leaders to develop position requirements, as well as, a proactive go to market strategy that will include: market research, data mining, Boolean sourcing techniques, cold calling, social media posts, job boards, and industry group associations to attract talent.

Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively source passive talent using recruiting techniques including but not limited to: Boolean Search Strings, Job Boards, Social Media, Cold Calling, networking events, job fairs, etc..
Act as a subject matter expert to both Hiring Managers and HR on the recruiting process and talent market conditions.
Over communicate at all times the customers of Talent Acquisition.
Proactively and independently ensure that candidate pipelines are continuously full and the hiring process is moving forward according to plan.
Build strong relationships with site leadership and HR partners.
Effectively screen candidates for required skills and interpersonal traits need to fit the technical and cultural profile of the positions.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Required Qualifications:

Sr. Recruiter

Bachelor’s Degree.
7+ years of full cycle exempt positions engineering recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Due to export compliance, must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

Recruiter

Bachelor’s Degree.
2+ years of full cycle exempt positions engineering recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Due to export compliance, must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

Additional Qualifications:

Prior agency experience highly preferred.
Superior prioritization and planning skills.
A detail oriented individual who proactively engages with business issues to avoid crisis management.
Relentless and results driven performer with a continuous improvement mind-set.
Understanding of project management standards and practice.
Experience working on projects in which there are often "blurred" lines of responsibility.
