Turkish Project Specialist (Content and Editorial), Customer Service

Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is seeking an experienced Turkish-English Speaking Project Specialist to join the team.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the European CS team. You will be responsible for:
- Driving CS projects that will directly impact the EU customer experience
- Managing CS content and editorial activities
You have experience in project management and have owned and delivered customer impacting projects within the CS sector. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, with the ability to define, design and drive the project deliverables including content creation and translation. You will be comfortable in negotiating with key business partners and teams across the EU to gain alignment on project planning and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution.

Depending on the candidates, this role can be based in BERLIN or REGENSBURG (Germany), or CORK (Ireland).

· Integrating medium and large business projects into the CS organization.
· Utilizing project management methodology, planning, scoping, and delivering projects on time, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.
· Developing high quality associate and customer facing content, with specialist skills in localization and translation.
· Using data and metrics to identify and pursue opportunities for improvements in content, process and efficiencies, and continuously innovate.
· Representing the voice of the customer, advocating for the best customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
· Interacting with cross-functional teams such as CS Operations, Learning and Development and Tech teams to design processes, standard operational procedures and content.


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
· German required at minimum basic level.
· Experience in the field of translation and localization, communications and/or project management in a professional writing and editing environment, particularly in feature writing and informational material.
· 3+ years of Project Management experience.
· Business background preferably working in a Customer Service environment.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, consistently delivering results despite competing priorities and tight deadlines.
· University degree required.


· Previous experience with content management systems (CMS) such as SDL Trisoft and the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.
· PMP or Prince 2 certified.
