Project Manager (Associate)

Provide project management on all assigned IT investment projects

Overall project management of all assigned IT projects including without limitation preparation of the project initiation document (PID), project plan (Gantt chart), project organisation chart, project budget application (ringi) and system release documentation

Preparation of IT Strategy Committee or CIO/Sub CIO level documentation where required for the project
Weekly project status reporting to the planning team and EIOD IT management (plus other stakeholders where applicable)
Co-work with the IT planning team and ED Co-ordination to get the budget approved
Ensure projects are tracked against budget and delivered within the approved budget amount
Ensure projects are delivered against the project plan and all milestones are met

• Adherence to ISO 9000
• Adherence to ISO 27001
• Adherence to the project management framework (PRINCE2 or other)
• Adherence to relevant Data Protection Acts
• Adherence to Mizuho Head Office and local policies and procedures

• Successful delivery of all projects within budget and on time

• Number of projects reported as not tracking to schedule
• Number of progress reports showing projects with a RED or AMBER status
• Number of projects running over budget

• Responsibility for project related decisions within the remit of the project manager as specified in the relevant project initiation document for each project

• Customer focussed with a service delivery mentality [Essential]
• In depth knowledge of all areas of IT [Essential]
• Good understanding of propject management methodologies [Essential]
• Excellent man management skills [Essential]
• Proven track record of driving change [Essential]
