Today our Europe eCommerce team stands on the shoulder of these giants and acts with the same entrepreneurial spirit and determination.

As eCommerce continues to accelerate, growing ten times faster than traditional channels - we have a unique opportunity as a team, and as a business, to drive and influence every online & omnichannel sale of our brands. We are looking for a high performing digital native with a passion for digital commerce to join us in our online journey in a business that truly sees the value in this space and is investing behind it.

Top Accountabilities

Develop and execute cutting edge partnerships with key global marketplaces, creating sustainable value through win-win agendas.
Develop and implement cohesive and consistent marketing, sales and supply strategies
Own the strategy and manage the senior T2T regional relationship, working with in-country teams who own & manage the day-to-day operations
Manage media relationships with partner agencies
Develop best practice and ensure they are implemented locally

Strategic & Creative leadership – ability to shape the future and innovate
Effective influencer and experienced at Project Management – ability to manage and drive complex projects. You will be working with cross functional teams in multiple geographies, influencing at all layers in the organisational to make the impossible possible
Commercial & financial acumen – you are a commercial animal, tenacious in the pursuit of creating sustainable value. You have managed customers with P&L accountability for multiple years, negotiated JBPs and led T2T conversations
eCommerce – you are a day-to-day digital native, seasoned at managing online customers including Amazon. You have a sound understanding of digital shopper marketing with a test & learn mindset
Digital Marketing – you have multiple years in digital marketing and understand how to delight consumers along the digital path to purchase, and are experienced at working with media agencies
Well connected – strong external network with agencies and start-ups, with a finger on the pulse, always on the hunt to remain one step ahead
Analytical skills – you have the ability to synthesise and analyse data, generating meaningful insights and recommendations

Relentless in the pursuit of growth – you have fire in the belly and roadblocks are challenges you relish and overcome with ease
