Position Summary:
Amazon Video team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term and strategic operational partnerships with our studio community, content providers, and service vendors across the globe. In this role, the Partner Relationship Manager will focus on the initial on-boarding efforts with new partners and facilitate timely and cost effective delivery of source materials for our existing partners worldwide. This role may interface with executive-level leadership within the studio community.

The Partner Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maximizing content selection, working with our content partners to improve operational performance, and consistently improving the customer experience by relentlessly advocating for content providers throughout the enterprise. This role will drive delivery improvements through the use of positive relationship building and innovative workflow enhancements; the ability to develop, own, and report on key performance metrics is a must. The Partner Relationship Manager will work cross-functionally with content acquisition, vendor management, merchandising, engineering, content processing, legal, finance, and accounting teams.

In addition to account management, the Partner Relations Manager will own industry-leading content launches, and will conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. In essence, Partner Relations Managers act as the general manager and own a partner’s operational experience on Amazon.


For this role we require:
· Demonstrated results as an account manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment.
· BS/BA or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills.
· Demonstrated ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives.
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to form relationships, influence direction and work successfully with business and technical teams across the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
· Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion.
· Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects through work prioritization and planning.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to dig deep to achieve goals.
· Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel.
· Process oriented – can drive clarity from ambiguity by establishing scalable processes.


Further qualifications would be a plus:
· Experience and understanding of the entertainment industry, digital media, and/or digital video supply chain.
· A passion for digital media and entertainment.
