We’re looking for an analytical, inventive, hands-on and customer-obsessed TA Program Manager to join our growing EU Talent Acquisition team. The PM will drive programs within a large, matrixed, and international business organization International Consumer HR and will collaborate outside the EU with partners in the NA and APAC as needed. The PM will be responsible for translating global vision and initiatives into regional requirements, taking full ownership for implementation across the EU. The PM will work closely with multiple stakeholders and geographies to deliver ongoing regional, scalable, easy-to-use processes and tools to drive efficiencies to enable optimization of our recruitment teams. Specifically, the PM will be responsible for the full project/program cycle, starting with concept and planning, then through implementation, training, and launch, ending with post-mortem, measurement and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:
· Partner with the US and other international Programs teams as needed, and with in-country TA and HR team and leaders, to ensure the success of both new initiatives and ongoing recruiting programs
· Collaborate with TA teams to identify opportunities to drive process improvement, productivity and other initiatives
· Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines, requiring frequent multi-layered communication, organization/time management, and creative problem solving skills
· Act as a key internal resource in the analysis, measurement, and requirements-gathering related to process improvement/productivity initiatives
· Plan, design and communicate the implementation and adoption of new programs and process

· Drive the post-mortem and ongoing survey process, designing and launching customer surveys, then collecting and analyzing that data to inform recommendations for process improvement
· Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business reviews
· Partner across multiple TA teams and levels to drive best practice sharing and contribute to the harmonization of recruitment process across the EU geographies

· University degree in a related discipline such as Business, Finance or Human Resources
· Strong command of MS Office and other tools to analyze data and draw conclusions to support business decisions
· Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management
· Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
· Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
· Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organization skills
· Track record of managing milestones and delivering projects against tight deadlines


· Previous recruiting programs and/or recruiting technology experience
· Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, anticipate constraints and identify creative optimization opportunities or alternative solutions
· Process oriented and experienced creating standardized processes to improve efficiency
· Ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
