Job Description:

Purpose:

Conduct and support Credit Coordination & Administration activities across ECFD (Front Office)

Accountabilitiesand Responsibilities:

· Conduct of Loans booking for EMEA / Non-EU offices. Responsible for checking documentation, creating an instruction sheet and diarising document control lists for back office.
· Conduct of Treasury booking for EMEA offices. Execution of Treasury transactions that are new, renewals and amendments. Maintain customer information.
· Customer registration and annual review. Collect KYC information, review and process.
· Production of regular / ad hoc reporting to manage Credit Risk / Operational Risk. Ensuring credit activities and daily operations comply with internal regulations.
· Regulatory related tasks including ISDA / EMIR / Volcker Rule control.
· Liaise with EMEA offices for any trouble-shooting. Assist in intra-office inspection and business planning. Provide a wide support when required.
· General administration duties and other ad hoc tasks requested by MD or TH.

Knowledge & Skills:

Essential
· Relevant experience in a bank reporting/loans admin environment
· Computer skills (MS Word / Excel etc.)
· Product knowledge of General Corporate Finance
· Strong communication skills
· Legal / Documentation knowledge

Desirable
· Understanding of Regulator’s policy and procedures
· Knowledge of Bank systems
