We’re looking for a Product Design Engineer to work within the dynamic, friendly engineering team at our Swindon site. The job will focus on Continuous Engineering – the improvement and adaptation of our product range to ensure that the products remain at the cutting edge of the industry, offering our customers the highest standards of performance, as well as value for money. In the job you’ll make full use of your design and project management skills and work with a wide variety of stakeholders, from the marketing and commercial teams to purchasing, customer services and colleagues on the factory floor. You’ll also provide ad hoc support to members of the team who deal with new product introduction. So it’s a job with plenty of variety, and we can safely say that you’re unlikely to ever be bored!

You’ll be educated to degree level, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and have experience in using CAD software. You’ll also be experienced in project management, ideally with exposure to an associated software (e.g. MS Project.)
