Software Development Engineer

Dublin, Ireland

Do you want to build the tools that keep Amazonians happy and productive?
Sounds great. What will I be working on?
In this role, your main focus will be in two areas: High Volume Hiring (HVH) and our environment. HVH is an automated recruitment program that will be pivotal to the success of Amazon’s hiring initiatives in the years to come. You will own and execute development, configuration, maintenance, and integration with other Amazon systems, automating recruiting processes to drive hiring and onboarding at the hundreds of thousands per year scale.
We’ll also ask you to challenge assumptions behind how our systems were built, and how we might reimagine new software systems at the cutting edge of technology.
You will have a unique opportunity to have a significant impact within a fast-moving and growing business. We value your deep technical and software expertise and ability to define and execute your vision. If you desire to have wide impact on the future of Amazon’s workplace, we think you’ll like it here.
