Senior Pricing Analyst

The taste:

The Senior Pricing Analyst will work closely with the rest of the Europe Pricing Team and a wide range of stakeholders like the Global Pricing Team, Global Sales OPEX team and country Net Revenue Managers leads to support Europe’s pricing and promotional effectiveness work, pricing compliance and monitoring executional progress of Europe’s Net Revenue Management agenda. The aim is to drive pricing and promotional effectiveness and compliance. Key focus will be on collecting pricing and promotional roadmap data from all European countries to validate compliance with decisions from European Pricing Committee (EPC), support creation and delivery of the EPC agenda, support decision making on pan-European NRM initiatives, use of standard tools and analytics to monitor Europe country performance against agreed upon objectives.

How to serve:
Monitor pricing and promotional calendar execution.
Identify price and promo opportunities based on compliance reviews.
Support on creating and delivering the EPC agenda.
Provide analytical support to in-country functions on EPC/TNT matters.
Support Europe Pricing Team on pan-European NRM initiatives (price, promo and Trade Terms).
Collaborate with DBS to drive forward the NRM systems & data implementation for Europe

College or University degree in Finance or Accounting
Ideally 4-5 years of FMCG experience with relevant experience on pricing effectiveness and compliance area.
Fluent in English
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and influencing skills
Good analytical skills- the individual must be able to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as to determine basic analyses required to support the regions in their pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results).
