Schneider Electric have a great opportunity for the right person to join our team in Telford as an Order Processing Customer Care agent.

Job Purpose

This will be a customer service role based out of Telford, being recruited to ensure that we can manage the work load that is expected within the growth expectoration in the next year.

Job Accountabilities
• To ensure all customer orders are processed with the 24 hour Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• To liaise by telephone with customers and Sales Engineers at time of order process if any issues are identified with the order.
• To record all activities relating to the customers order in the ERP system SAP
• To process customer orders in chronological order highlighting any areas of concern to the management team
• To manage orders being held in line within SLAs
• To ensure customer orders are accurately processed in line with SLAs
• Manage Accounts ‘Open Order Book’, escalating where appropriate
• Use Salesforce (bFO) to raise delivery concerns to chase delivery dates if a customer or Sales Engineer request.
• Attend all scheduled training
• Shadow customer visits
• Technical training on systems such as SAP, Salesforce etc.
• Customer care standards – ASLAN training
• Actively identify new training opportunities for own development

Person Profile/Experience
• The candidate must have experience with a Customer Care environment
• The candidate must have computer proficiency with applications such as MS office, Lotus notes, bFO (Salesforce), with SAP experience
• Confident & influential communicator
• Good organisational skills
• Team orientated
• Ability to manage difficult situations
• History of accurate data entry
