A successful Business Operations Manager will help build analytics automation, tools and processes that scale business capacity. The role will garner customer insights and guide the business to evolve its go to market strategies accordingly. This role will be the focal point for channelling the requirements for UK customers, to improve service performance, scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities will include:
· Design, build, and execute business intelligence reports and dashboards to optimize pipeline management
· Build tools, processes, documentation, programs to expand business development and marketing capacity
· Establish an analytical hub for UK customer insights and enable ongoing improvements in skills selection and experience.
· Drive strategic initiatives to scale the business


· Demonstrable experience of relevant program management and business intelligence experience.
· Has a deep understanding of the business’ and end users’ needs, and can proficiently translate those needs into the right solution.
· Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions
· Has a thorough command of the technology/systems that will be utilized in achieving program goals.
· Can properly prioritize competing projects across departments.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, developing, deploying, and maintaining large scale programs.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Extensive knowledge of Python
· Can identify down-stream process or program problems (i.e. program or system incompatibility, resource unavailability) and escalate them to the appropriate resource before they become project-threatening.
· Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Demonstrated effectiveness working across multiple business units to achieve results
· Demonstrated C-Suite level project deliverables
· Bachelor's degree


· Experience working with emerging technologies.
· Proven ability to prospect, recruit, and manage pipeline
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
· Strong ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals
· Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze issues and create appropriate tactical plans
· Meticulous attention to detail: ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
· Demonstrated ability to champion and drive cross-functionally improvement initiatives
· Comfort working with a broad range of technology tools including Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and
· Mobile, digital content. Mobile apps domain experience and Oracle experience a plus
· MBA preferred.
