Customer Experience Manager

We’re looking for a high calibre individual to help us on our journey to drive the business towards a “World Class” customer service. Working within our IT Distribution business, with a particular focus on the European market, the Customer Experience Manager will analyse customer feedback data from seven key countries/clusters, identifying gaps in customer satisfaction and working with in-country teams to identify areas for improvement/solutions, and develop and implement action plans. For more complex issues, you’ll liaise with colleagues across the business in order to utilise their expertise in a particular area, and lead cross-functional collaboration on improvement actions. The Customer Experience Manger also play an important role in company-wide projects, focussing on key customer groups.

Qualifications

The Customer Experience Manager should have a strong backround in driving customer satisfaction, as well as project management experience, with an understanding of problem solving methodologies such as Six Sigma or Prince 2. You’ll be a strong communicator, confident in meeting customers face to face on a regular basis, and able to build and lead cross-functional teams. And most of all, of course, you’ll have a passion for first class customer service!
