Associate Director in Europe Structured Finance Department

The purpose of this role is for
- careful and methodical credit assessment of amendment / waiver requests
- proactive credit monitoring through the review of operational / construction progress reports as well as quarterly reporting in accordance with the bank’s policy and procedures (“P&P”)
- administration relating to a portfolio of assets including but not limited to covenant monitoring, rating reviews etc.
- active interface with internal departments including European Credit Division (ECD), Middle Office (CRMD), Treasury (ETD), Audit (CRDE & IAED) and Back Office (LAD)

You'll also need to maintain good relationships with agent banks, clients and other professional bodies through the timely process of requests and attendance of bank meetings, site visits etc.

You'll need:
- strong understanding of risks associated with project finance transactions
- good knowledge and interpretation of legal documentation
- sound financial analytical skills / accounting knowledge
- demonstrable ability in managing a designated portfolio of assets
- ability to solve problems and make decisions
- strong communication, motivation and flexibility
- cash flow modelling skills
