Job Description Title: Marketing Manager (Maternity cover)

About the Role:
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing all of our Above the Line (ATL) and digital display activity that leads to new member growth for Audible specifically through driving awareness and consideration, but ultimately acquisition and engagement amongst our key target audiences. Key Responsibilities:
· Own segmentation of Audible’s prospect customers and how to target them Plan and manage all demand generating activity across TV, Radio, Cinema, outdoor and digital display
· Own the measurement of all ATL activity through our econometric model
· Own and optimise our digital attribution process and ensure that key learnings from are fed into all Digital channels
· Own and manage all Prospecting and Retargeting Display activity across desktop and mobile through our media agencies
· Coordinate closely with members of the Acquisition and Brand, Merchandising and Content teams to ensure flawless execution of through the line campaigns and consistent customer journeys
· Manage our media agency for all ATL and Display activity as well attribution and econometric models.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
· Significant experience within marketing or advertising.
· Proven success in ATL and digital channels, including measurement of activity
· Strong analytical/decision making and problem solving skills.
· Natural ability to focus on big ideas that drive significant change and also enjoy diving deep into the details.
· Excellent understanding of how to optimize customer journeys and knowledge of technologies to do so.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Resourceful self-starter with an independent attitude and focus on excellence.
· Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather support and drive delivery.
· Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
· Experience remotely managing media agencies to deliver exceptional results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA.
· Strong understanding of Internet business models and web technologies.
· Expertise and a passion for rapidly evolving technologies and business models.
· Passion for audio, books and / or digital entertainment.
· Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to try different things with minimal direction.
· Established track record of creativity and innovation.
