Position Summary:
Amazon Video team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The Senior Partner Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term and strategic operational partnerships with our studio community, content providers, and service vendors across the globe. In this role, the Senior Partner Relationship Manager will focus on the initial on-boarding efforts with new partners and facilitate timely and cost effective delivery of source materials for our existing partners worldwide. This role may interface with executive-level leadership within the studio community.

The Senior Partner Relationship Manager will also be responsible for maximizing content selection, working with our content partners to improve operational performance, and consistently improving the customer experience by relentlessly advocating for content providers throughout the enterprise. This role will drive delivery improvements through the use of positive relationship building and innovative workflow enhancements; the ability to develop, own, and report on key performance metrics is a must. The Senior Partner Relationship Manager will work cross-functionally with content acquisition, vendor management, merchandising, engineering, content processing, legal, finance, and accounting teams.

In addition to account management, the Senior Partner Relations Manager will own industry-leading content launches, and will conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. In essence, Senior Partner Relations Managers act as the general manager and own a partner’s operational experience on Amazon.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Acting as strategic and influential partner for customers, developing solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and appropriately allocating resources for long-term success
· Managing complex escalations that may span across multiple business units
· Driving long-term solutions through automation of and innovations to process and complex workflows
· Creating mechanisms and building strategic plans for partners, Amazon services and the team
· Mentoring others and help develop talent

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

For this role we require
· Demonstrated results as an account manager in a technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment.
· BS/BA or equivalent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills.
· Demonstrated ability to credibly coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as have an understanding of the systems and processes that will be utilized in achieving program objectives.
· Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to form relationships, influence direction and work successfully with business and technical teams across the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
· Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion.
· Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects through work prioritization and planning.
· Proactive attitude and willingness to dig deep to achieve goals.
· Advanced knowledge with all MS Office tools including Excel.
· Process oriented – can drive clarity from ambiguity by establishing scalable processes.
· High attention to detail.
· People management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Further qualifications would be a plus:
· Experience and understanding of the entertainment industry, digital media, and/or digital video supply chain.
· MBA
· A passion for digital media and entertainment
