Account Manager - End User & Field Services

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and sustainable growth of a number of new and established end user accounts within the Midlands and Southwest. You will work with both the key influencers in the account and their supply chain to deliver solutions across our offer portfolio.

You will be expected to develop strong relationships quickly when leads are identified and establish a strategy with the customer. It is therefore essential that you have the ability to identify and influence senior key decision makers. It is essential that you have the ability to understand our clients’ business and to generate demand for our products and solutions through a consultative approach. Schneider Electric product knowledge is not required, but a familiarity of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems, in particular, would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for a strong communicator with the ability to develop and grow accounts for Schneider Electric. You will work with a range of stakeholders so will need to be articulate and have the ability to think on your feet.

The successful candidate will be selling the complete portfolio of Schneider Electric products, services and solutions, by working across our different business units. Experience of selling within a matrix organisation would therefore be beneficial and good internal stakeholder management will also be important.

Schneider Electric is well respected with an excellent track record of successful projects and a strong and robust customer base. The successful candidate will have full support from internal technical teams.

This role builds on excellent recent growth. Schneider Electric has industry leading solutions that are seen as highly innovative by many clients which gives salespeople a competitive edge. This is a Central (Midlands and Southwest) regional role but some UK wide travel may be required. You will be based at home.
