We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to join the team based in our Milton Keynes office.

You will be responsible for providing support through the entire Bid and Tender management process for Core and non-Core opportunities, supporting the commercial lead to deliver submissions and contract variations in line with customer expectations and business delivery.

As part of your responsibilities you will facilitate compliance and contractual change of customer bids, coordinate the operational presentation and communication of bid process and material. Collaboration with the entire IMServ business is key to the success of this role, actively engaging with other departments for effective and timely support with the bid process.

Previous bids and tenders coordination experience is essential, together with an understanding of the UK Utility Sector and excellent project management skills. You will be commercially minded, a good negotiator with strong influencing and problem solving skills who is able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands.

Strong IT skills are required, and a flexible, enthusiastic and positive “can do” attitude are key attributes we are looking for in the successful candidate.
