IT Services Manager

DESCRIPTION

Are you interested in shaping the creation of the Global IT's strategic global program aimed at delivering world class warehousing and logisitcs for our own internal Amazon customers aligning it to asset / inventory management. Keen to innovate unique solutions to deploy end user devices / equipment and make their experience totally "customer centric".

We are seeking a progressive, hands-on, customer-obsessed individual who will help to develop our program, working with external and internal stakeholders to create a positive employee experience while optimizing processes, leveraging technology and ensuring the required levels of governance around the likes of asset management are in place across the globe.
The individual, for example, will work proactively to:
· Partner with business leaders and peers to create the necessary programs and best practices.
· Partner with peers and external partners to build a scalable supply chain with just in time inventory management.
· Create a positive experience for all Amazonians receiving IT deployed devices.
· Ensure programs include by design the collection, and analysis of all employee feedback as well as other mechanisms to measure success and learnings.
· Partner with peers to ensure programs incorporate the voice of the employee / customer.
· Partner with peers to ensure the likes of continuous improvement and communication programs are incorporated into all deliverables.
· Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of project/ program management experience
Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong attention to detail skills
Relentless customer obsession
Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Ability to use hard data and metrics to drive decisions
Work with multiple teams across different geographies and cultures
Strong written communication and technical writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of project/ program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience.
Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
