Employees are customers too and hence we are looking to hire a passionate, talented and committed Employee Engagement Program Manager to define the overall Global IT employment engagement strategy and then drive deliver of each program. The simple aim is to establish a culture that is known to attract and retain diverse talent through empowerment and training.
We are seeking a progressive, hands-on, employee-obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee engagement strategy, creating a positive, safe and diverse employee relations climate that supports our employees across the globe.
The individual, for example, will work proactively to:
· Partner with business leaders and HR teams globally to create and sustain positive employee relations programs and best practices.
· Partner with peers and recruitment to hire diverse, talented and critical thinkers while empowering them to deliver customer obsessed solutions.
· Create a positive experience from candidate application to new hire Day1
· Design and create programs across topics such as diversity, training, career development and progression.
· Develop innovative global initiatives to encourage and empower employees to be a part of the programs.
· Ensure programs include by design the collection, and analysis of all employee feedback as well as other mechanisms to measure success and learnings.
· Partner with peers to ensure other programs incorporate the voice of the employee.
· Partner with peers to ensure the likes of continuous improvement and communication programs are incorporated into all deliverables.
Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of project/ program management experience
Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong attention to detail skills
Relentless customer obsession
Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Ability to use hard data and metrics to drive decisions
Work with multiple teams across different geographies and cultures
Strong written communication and technical writing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of project/ program management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience.
Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to foresee problems before they occur.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong attention to detail skills

Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
