We are seeking the industry's best to help us create new ways to interact, search and shop, delivering features our customers love- at high quality, and at scale.
You will have a chance to work on high-profile products and experiences, at the forefront of voice and AI assisted shopping.
You will work in an Agile environment, building and operating massively scalable services.
Leveraging existing Amazon services and components, and innovating novel capabilities as needed, you will work closely with your team to iteratively deliver business value and customer facing features.

· Batchelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
· Significant experience in software development at scale
· Good CS fundamentals, including OOP/OOD, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, etc
· Proficiency in at least one modern, strongly typed OO language, preferably Java but C++, C#, Objective C also considered
· Experience in a ‘full stack,’ i.e have configured web servers, load balancers, etc
· Experience building complex software systems in a service oriented architecture
· Experience of modern software engineering processes and practice – code standards and review, SCM, build tools and processes


· AI/Machine Learning experience
· Experience of CI/CD
· Experience in a ‘DevOps’ working model
· Experience working in an Agile development process
· Experience with AWS’ suite of services.
