The taste:
The purpose of this role is to provide business reporting and analysis expertise for our Iberia and Mediterranean markets, part of the Continental Europe business unit. You will represent our CoE as business partner & will be the Single Point of Contact for your markets, while working closely with the assigned business analyst and in-market teams.

How to serve:
Own the business reporting & analysis agenda for the given markets providing them with an exceptional reporting, analysis & decision support service
Actively support the In-Country Business Performance Managers in leading a comprehensive and integrated BPM process, by generating insightful analytical reporting suites that provide financial and commercial visibility and insights, used by the local Exec to support their decision making and track progress against strategic objectives (report content spans across brands, channels, categories, functional KPI’s etc.)
Own the production of all non-standard (local) reports aligned to each market and provide input into, and have awareness of, information provided in standard reports (developed by performance reporting) for your markets
Ensuring that the reporting & analysis service for your markets are provided at a consistently high level.
Deliver trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessments leading to insights and recommendations for the markets bringing to life the bigger picture for non-Finance people.

University / College degree in finance / economics / business administration
At least 5 years working experience within Management Reporting, Financial or Business Controlling, FP&A area at a multinational environment or SSC
Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
Fluent English knowledge
Strong Excel knowledge
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Hard working personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity
Flexible regarding travelling
People management experience is an advantage
Experience with SAP FI /CO modules, BW or Microstrategy is a plus
